CPPS has touched the lives of millions. Its clients include more than 50 percent of Fortune 100 companies, 1,100-plus colleges and universities nation-wide, and numerous U.S. Agencies to include the FBI, DOD, VA and Social Security Administration.
Over the past several months, The Center for Personal Protection and Safety has received a number of inquiries from clients and partners concerning the possibility of an investment in CPPS. With the continuing increase in demand for CPPS products and services in the wake of an escalation of violence in the U.S. and elsewhere, CPPS has decided to entertain the possibility of an initial investment round to facilitate expansion in its current markets as well as to develop new market channels.
CPPS is undertaking a private equity offering under the recent changes in SEC rules and regulations, to “accredited investors” only, allowing interested parties to invest in CPPS and to enable CPPS to fund its accelerated growth. The JOBS Act of 2012 (Jumpstart Our Business Startups) grants the general public and organizations, under certain guidelines, the ability to purchase equity in the company. Blocks of CPPS Common Stock have been allocated to support an initial round of investment to interested CPPS clients and partners who are accredited investors.
